OMAHA互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+醫(yī)療杭州辦公總部坐落于杭州良渚文化村，總建筑面積1140㎡，在此之前原場地荒廢已久。應(yīng)業(yè)主的要求，尋常設(shè)計(jì)將原場地改造為集辦公研發(fā)、會議報(bào)告、企業(yè)展示、接待休閑于一體的空間。尋常設(shè)計(jì)通過對材料、色彩的運(yùn)用以及空間的把控，打造了一個(gè)現(xiàn)代、生態(tài)、開放的數(shù)字醫(yī)療研究院，整體圍繞“低碳友好”的主旋律。

OMAHA office area is about 1140㎡, and is located in Liangzhu Culture Village, Hangzhou. The original site was abandoned for a long time before and now is a space integrating office R&D, conference report, enterprise display, and reception. The overall design revolves around the theme of “l(fā)ow carbon and friendliness”. Usual Studio tried to design a modern, ecological and open digital medical research institute office through the use of materials and colors and the control of space.

在“數(shù)字醫(yī)療科技”的空間主題下，空間改造設(shè)計(jì)如何整合場地優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，并且揚(yáng)長避短，以較低的成本創(chuàng)造一個(gè)結(jié)合舒適友好的生態(tài)辦公環(huán)境，是尋常設(shè)計(jì)在這個(gè)項(xiàng)目中不斷思考和探索的。期間做出了許多有益的嘗試，并以以下三個(gè)策略為設(shè)計(jì)原點(diǎn)，打開了該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)的視野。

Under the space theme of “Digital Medical Technology”, Usual Studio explored the way how spaces reformation realizes the advantages and disadvantages of the space so as to create a friendly and ecological office environment at a low cost. During the period, many useful attempts were made, and here are three strategies of the project design as follows.

空間生態(tài) Space ecology

由于原場地為半透的玻璃建筑，且大堂頂部有裸露的玻璃構(gòu)成，為了優(yōu)化場地的采光環(huán)境，在大堂頂部加設(shè)有垂直百葉，光線透過玻璃時(shí)，根據(jù)不同時(shí)間不同季節(jié)的光照角度形成不同長寬的條形陰影，以此調(diào)節(jié)室內(nèi)采光，避免室內(nèi)光線太強(qiáng)或者遮擋過多影響室內(nèi)外景觀的通透性。同時(shí)，將原有的隔間打通，用落地玻璃替代原有的墻結(jié)構(gòu)，構(gòu)成開放式的辦公空間，并將自然光線延伸至室內(nèi)。解決了場地進(jìn)深大、內(nèi)部接觸不到自然光的問題，最大限度地利用了自然資源。

Since the original site is a semi-transparent glass building with exposed glass at the top of the lobby, shutters are added at the top of the lobby. When the light passes through the glass, shadows may be shaped according to the illumination angle at different times. In order to adjust the indoor lighting without blocking the outdoor landscape. At the same time, the original compartment was opened, and the wall structure was replaced by floor-to-ceiling glass to form an open office space and extend the natural light to the interior and make maximum use of natural resources.

辦公空間被精細(xì)地分割開成多個(gè)區(qū)域，滿足不同的辦公需求 ，也降低了大面積連續(xù)性空間的能耗。入口處的二重門設(shè)計(jì)，防止室內(nèi)外空氣直接對流，節(jié)能保溫，減少空調(diào)能耗。不僅提高了空間的使用效率，更強(qiáng)調(diào)了生態(tài)環(huán)境和資源的效益。

The office space was divided into areas to meet different office needs, and reduces the energy consumption of large space. The double door at the entrance is designed to energy saving and heat insulation. The designs not only improve the efficiency of space uses, but also emphasize the benefits of ecological environment and resources, and optimizes the office environment.

空間共享 Space sharing

在開放辦公區(qū)，裝置的玻璃白板方便員工們隨時(shí)記錄創(chuàng)意想法，為辦公區(qū)域增加趣味和活力；考慮到項(xiàng)目位置離市中心較遠(yuǎn)，為了方便員工們存放便當(dāng)和飲料，咖啡休閑區(qū)內(nèi)的冰箱，體現(xiàn)了辦公環(huán)境的友好和關(guān)懷，從細(xì)節(jié)上提升了員工辦公的舒適度；利用狹小空間發(fā)展出來的書吧，上下兩層縱向地拓寬了學(xué)習(xí)充電區(qū)域，小房子造型的書架與木質(zhì)小空間相互呼應(yīng)，溫暖的色調(diào)營造溫暖舒心的氛圍；通透的陽光房沒有增設(shè)階梯座椅，讓空間使用有更多的可能，可以做演講報(bào)告，也可以舉辦聚餐酒會活動等等，更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了空間的共享功能。

In the open area, the whiteboard for employees to record creative ideas at any time, adding fun and vitality to the office. Considering users needed to store lunches and drinks, and to reflect friendliness and care, this space set with refrigerator. The book bar creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Sun room by the book bar, which makes the space more likely to be used, like make speech, or hold a cocktail party event, etc.
